Self-hate, shame, guilt and other contractive feeling are in general not satisfying fun to feel, and the key is to accept ourselves profoundly, deeply and sincerely in the present moment, for what was, is and will be. Accepting ourself leads to greater amount of love, peace, self-esteem and other positive personal traits.
