Share Vision or Fantasy With Power & Confidence

INTRODUCTION

In this article I will share some ideas on how to become highly captivating, influential and able to share your vision with power and confidence. We’ll be exploring some deeply impactful strategies, principles and doorways that will cause an immense shift in the flow of your creativity. Your vision can literally be anything, such as an art form, a personal creative project, a business model or simply being able to share your soul, personality and deepest beliefs vulnerably.

So how do we get our creative fire going?
How do we snap into this blazing dream of Truth?
What are the keys that will allow our sharing to be natural, easy and fun?

Glad you asked, here are 11 tips:

1. Close Loops

Closing open tasks, intentions and duties in your life is crucial if you want to be highly efficient in getting your vision out. The more unfinished loops, cords and intentions we have in our lives and minds, the more our whole being and reality become chaotic, cluttered and stagnant. With too many unclosed loops we become stuck in the ‘Grey Zone’, as Eben Pagan calls it. In this state, we lose clarity and the ability to focus on what truly needs to be confronted. We can expand out of this heavy, unproductive and draining state by making a full list of all of our unclosed loops such as open to-do’s, tasks, duties, relationships, projects, dreams, artworks, places, … etc. Once this is done we can allow our honest intuitive feeling to tell us which loops are most important to consciously release, abandon and let go off, and which ones are most important to confront, face and deal with. Cluttering up our subconscious mind this way leaves us with a laser beam of focus and able to continue with clarity.

2. Synergize & Be Influenced

Creativity is a dual process in the sense that we receive ideas, and then feel an urge to manifest these into reality. That is why choosing the information, people and energy that we are exposed to wisely, strategically and consciously. We live in an age where there is an abundance of information, books, YouTubers, podcasts, visionaries, geniuses, think-tanks and coaches that will influence your thinking, beliefs and habits towards what works. Having a few golden influences in your life can be life-transforming, meaning that proactively searching helpers, staying open-minded and fully embracing the opportunities of the 21st century is key in becoming a highly efficient creator.

3. Create Your Environment Consciously

Our inner reality and deepest truths project our external reality, and this also seems to be true the other way around. What we observe externally influences our subconscious mind deeply, and being creative with our living and creative space can have a huge impact on the clarity of our perception and the purity of our intention. The first idea is using the interior design technique called Feng Shui to optimise the flow of your rooms. Having an optimal flow in our creative room is important to come from a place of peace, comfort and playfulness. We can also realign ourselves by surrounding ourselves with deeply meaningful art that empowers, inspires and elevates us. I have experienced small details have a tremendous effect in my life in the long term, so make sure to explore this to stay grounded in your deepest intentions with ease.

4. PrioritiZe Your Needs TRUTHFULLY

Being completely honest, vulnerable and loving towards our deepest needs is key to live an expressive, purposeful and confident life. If we don’t face and confront the most fundamental needs of our lives, it will become very hard to fully flow, fly and flourish in the higher stages. It’s very easy to be taken over by certain fake desires, hollow mechanisms and conditioned expectations. Being able to differentiate needs from desires, and confronting those needs is key. Some great tools that helped me along my journey to contemplate and make sense of my needs are the Maslow’s pyramid of needs, the foundation of the 7 chakras often used in eastern and holistic philosophies, The 9-centered being by the Human Design system and the Spiral Dynamics model by Dr. Clare Graves. Remember that these are just models of reality and your own experience, intuitive feeling and signals of your inner muse will automatically guide you to what you need, as in the end you are what you need.

5. Reconnect with Your Deepest Why

Life’s waves of doubt, confusion and pressure have the ability to subconsciously lead us away from our deepest truths and intentions. There are all kinds of forms of external conditioning and influence that can make us forget about what is truly meaningful for us. These external forces can take all kinds of forms, such as the immense pressure to survive on the material plane, the deeply conditioned expectations from society, our friends and our family and the endless hollow desires that sneak in our conscious minds while creating their own distractive agenda. Frequently reconnecting with our most meaningful and truthful memories is key here, as you can then align the core aspects, values and insights of these peak experiences with your future intentions, automatically guiding you to authentic expansion, liberating satisfaction and true peace. In a way, it makes sense that if we regularly align with values such as authenticity, truth, beauty, love, purpose, and self-expression that the whole vibration of our life will shift versus when we solely focus on things such as external validation, comfort, survival and safety. A great book on this topic is Start With Why by Simon Senek. Be honest about where your current intentions will lead you in the long term, as once you are aligned with what is true, meaningful and exciting, your driving fire will burn at full capacity with the rise of each sun.

6. Choose Your Music Consciously

Music’s energies, frequencies and vibrations are some of the most efficient, impactful and accessible tools we have to instantly boost our mood, shift our state of mind and inspire our creative flow. Music can have many functions and the right music at the right time can do wonders. Music has the potential to feed us with the drive, focus and fire needed in times of boldly moving forward. On the contrary, sad, melancholic and nostalgic music can help us with sensing, embodying, transmuting and releasing difficult emotions. Also, epic classical music and movie scores can serve as the perfect backdrop for projecting, contemplating and reflecting. For me personally, jazz also has a positive effect on my creative flow, overall mood and balance. Besides music there are is also a lot of audio material available that is designed to positively influence and alter your brainwaves, perception and intention, such as binaural beats, isochronic tones and guided meditations. We could dive deeper in how music alters our whole being (you actually can by reading this), but it should be clear by now that being serious and conscious about your music, playlists and auditive inputs in general causes a wondrous shift, as mainstream radio and random music will make your life just like that, random and mainstream. Lastly, I would love to remind you that silence often contains the deepest truths, insights and revelations.

7. Imagine & VisualiSe Proactive Action

As we all know, there is a certain amount of action we need to take in order to make progress, remain grounded in our intentions and ultimately embody our visions. Sometimes action flows naturally and effortlessly, and sometimes it feels impossible, meaningless and futile. If you’ve experienced these obstacles in your creative expression, here’s a key insight for you: simply visualizing and imagining proactive action does wonders, as the actual act of taking action will feel less and less challenging and frightening. Visualization from the right intention sends a signal towards the divine within, around and beyond ourselves while reprogramming the act in our subconscious mind as a habit. Try to imagine and embody what authentic action would feel like and include those attributes your action need to reflect, e.g.: bold, proactive, effective, imperfect, satisfying, effective, focussed and playful.

8. Contemplate your fear of being misunderstood

Another factor that guides us towards sharing our vision with power and confidence is questioning, contemplating and ultimately overcoming our deepest fears around being misunderstood. So often we hold back because we fear to be vulnerable. We fear both being rejected and being accepted. The idea of living at our full potential and all the light, love and responsibility that comes with it frightens us, blocking us from experiencing that reality while we also tend to fear social rejection. People have a tendency to shut down to, make fun of and reject those things they don’t understand as a natural ego mechanism, and our fearful minds naturally tend to avoid this sort of rejective reactions, keeping us save, comfortable and stuck in the mediocre status quo. So how do we move out of this stagnant zone of inaction? Trying to recognize that only you have had your experiences, insights and creative ideas will show you that there is absolutely no need to worry about being misunderstood, as ultimately it’s only you who can understand yourself fully.

9. Honor & Nourish Your Temple

In order for us to operate in beaming peak states, it is key to see our body as the solution and not the obstacle. Our whole reality is created through and sensed by our physical body, so it makes sense that the quality and vibrancy of our physical health play a gigantic role in the ability to share our vision with confidence and power. If we keep our joints moving, our hearts pounding, our bodies sweating and above all, if we’re having fun while doing it, gliding into upwards, expansive and expressive cycles of creation will be seamless. Some like yoga, some like exercising in group, some like hiking by themselves, …. Be honest what vitalizes you and what you truly enjoy. Besides, a large chunk of our communication, creativity and sharing is also done through our body language, meaning that if your body resonates at a vibrant, vital and highly energetic frequency, your whole life will too.

10. Eliminate & Minimize Distractions

Life shows us that the quality of our experience is strongly related to how aware and conscious we can stay in the now. This is also true in the case of externalizing our vision. Our perception may be clear and our intention strong, but that means nothing when we are constantly triggered by minor, trivial, unimportant and external distraction, it will be much harder to actually express, share and communicate our ideas with confidence. I found this also to be true for life in general; uninterrupted time periods of deep concentration, playful creativity or sweet conversation always seem to be much more meaningful to me than small scattered bits of distraction. That’s why eliminating and minimizing distractions is key. So what are these distractions? Well, some obvious ones are closing loops (see #1), getting rid of clutter and overall unimportant tasks. Another big one is how people use their smartphones in highly reactive, unconscious and self-obstructing ways. Recognize your phone as a powerful tool to rule your life, but don’t allow it to distract, influence and direct your mind. Try to minimize the notifications of your phone and put it on flight mode when you’re creative or with something or someone meaningful. Avoid checking out social media and ‘news’ channels of websites and TV. Trivial news, others’ expectations and constant notifications have a deep tendency to blur our focus, cloud our mind with noise and diminish the blazing intention within with ideas that simply have nothing to do with our lives.

11. LISTEN CLOSELY

Creativity largely consists of receiving inspiration, information and vision, all having the potential to serve as the final piece that gracefully falls into place of the grand puzzle. Being metaphysically attentive, authentically curious and consciously aware all fuze together into the final master key, as the whispers of wisdom are waiting only for those who truly want to hear.
